Android Jellybean- Google's sweetest mobile OS of all!!

Yes, it's finally here, Android Jellybean 4.1. Actually, the new OS from Google won't be out until mid-July, but I've procured some 'leaked' info on new updates and features. Read On to know more about Google's sweetest offering yet....
It started with Beta, then came Cupcake, Doughnut and Eclair. It only became better with the arrival of FroYo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb and the latest Ice Cream Sandwich. That's the history of the little green robot. And with Jellybean, Google's done its homework. It's done it so well that it might send iOS 6 crying for its mom. Here are some of the leaked features of the all new Android Jellybean:

1. Project Butter

A first-hand view of Android Jellybean 4.1
Android Jellybean can be considered as a major upgrade of Ice Cream Sandwich. Project Butter, makes the OS very clean, easy and fast and by fast, I mean 'blink of an eye' fast. The layout is pretty much the same as that of ICS, but the response time of the OS is bumped up by leaps and bounds. Navigation feels like the OS literally anticipates your next move and already knows how to execute it in record time. Animations are slick and the slight jitteriness  we experienced with ICS is no more. The web browser literally 'flies' with you; web pages load up in no time and what about lag? I'd say that word doesn't exist in Jellybean's dictionary!! It just works like butter!

2. Updated Notifications Bar

Remember the time when notifications on smartphones were just about missed calls and messages? Google has taken that to a completely new level. Now the notification bar has a very smooth and intuitive UI.

You will now be able to expand your notifications to see small abstracts without having to leave your homescreen!! There's a neat fading transition everytime you pull the bar down. Plus, if you received a missed call, you can directly call him/her back or even send a text message right from your homescreen. It's added functionality for added comfort......

The 'Rethought' Notifications Panel can  prove to be deadly for Android's competitors

3. Easy customization

Android OS always stood out from the rest of the pack thanks to its ability to support a multitude if widgets to make your device fell like your own. However, there were some issues when it came to customization. If you wanted to put a new widget or app shortcut, you had to free up some screen space before placing it. This problem has been solved to a great extent with Jellybean. Now whenever you want to place an app/widget, just select it and drag it to whichever homescreen you would like to place it in. The OS will free up space by 'pushing' apps to the side and make place for the widget of your choice. Another simple solution to a complex problem. The Wallpaper UI has undergone some minor changes too.

4. A few fixes here and there

The lockscreen looks pretty cool, with radial dots forming everytime you touch the screen. You can access your device's camera directly from here. The Google Play Store as always looks great and with Jellybean comes with polished features. You can now buy movies and magazines through the Play Store.
Google loves it, TechnGizmos loves it and you will definitely love it

When you search for an app on the store, and if there's a match, then the app with a little icon of it appears. It's nothing necessary, but then again, I'll stress on one word-polished. Google's done a great job in polishing its OS to make it fool-proof and effortless in its functioning. Can we say, an atom shy of perfect?

And finally something that will make SIRI and SVoice go for a toss:
5. Google Now

It's Google when you need it and shows what you want. It's based on a new 'card' interface which displays relevant search results in some pretty looking cards. And if that was the cake, wait for the icing. Google's Voice search has been perfected to a point where no other voice search client can go.
SIRI and SVoice seriously need to think of a better gameplan to outsmart Google Now

SIRI takes some time to think, SVoice gets wrong results 80% of the time; but with Google, you can get results ranging from your favorite restaurant to Usain Bolt's height in a matter of 2-3 seconds. You even get cards next to each result. Android Jellybean couldn't get any better!!

Desperate, I know. But if you can wait till mid-July, Jellybean is yours. With a host of new features and a captivating interface, hold on ti the edge of your seats because the joy using a smartphone is going to be escalated to an entirely new and amazing pedestal. Jellybean will be out as an update for the Nexus smartphone and pre-installed in the Nexus 7 tab.
iOS 6 and Windows 8, watch out, because Android's going to squash you like a 'JELLYBEAN'!! RXFYZK4BXW84
